The same issue occurred and no drives appeared. All files were copied over just as before and I did a reboot with the SSD. So, I then deleted my EFI partition on my SSD and then created another one using the MacOS Journaled file system to try and duplicate the USB drive (since the USB boots). Trying to use my context clues and lack of knowledge, I noticed that the USB drive was using the MacOS Journaled file system instead of APFS. When I went to boot into Clover from the SSD, no drives showed up. Originally the partition was created using APFS. I've even tried creating my own EFI partition in Disk Utility and copying over everything from my USB over to that partition. I've tried both Legacy & UEFI boot loaders.

Multibeast creates an EFI Drive that automatically mounts itself on to my desktop, but when I reboot (with USB) it disappears. The only way to boot into my system is to use the USB. When I click one of those boot options (the duplicate ones), it brings me to the clover boot loader but does not show any drives to boot from. So now I have over 10 boot options with the same name and function (none of which work). When loading my boot manager (F12), I notice that each time I reboot it adds a duplicate boot option.

Once the install was complete, my next step was to make the system bootable without the USB. I am using a Samsung 960 Pro NVME SSD for my install.
